Yup.

A member was trying to find a quote from Shakespeare that was used on "JAG".  Only had a fragment of it.

Found it on Google in about 2 seconds and posted the results.

That's about all I did for the first couple of months, post things that I could find answers for and things that I had personal knowledge about.  Didn't do anything beyond that until I felt at home.

Like I've said to newbees, it's not polite to be here just a few weeks and a few posts and acting like know-it-all's.  You wouldn't come into a new acquaintance's house and the first thing kick off your shoes, put your feet on the coffee table, fart, belch and scratch your balls, would you?

Well *SOME* of you might.

Don't have a clue.  I know it was about 5 years ago, and most likely had something to do with guns.

A "Doctor" friend of mine  sent me a link to this site, and I have spent the past week spending TOO many hours obsessivly reading through the threads here. You guys are great! Its hard to believe that as a married suburban housewife with 6 kids I could find so many people that share so many of my views. I feel like I am home! I promise to buy the biggest gun that my husband can afford if you will let me stay!"

So... what did you buy him?

I remember. I got a 'hankering' for buying an AR so I did a search and I fell into this black hole, you know, you can get in but NEVER get out site and asked "What is the best AR to buy.

You guys steered me towards a Lorcin Bushmaster and I have never been happier

I think my first post had something to do with my purchase of a Rem 700 PSS.  Either I had just got it or was about to get it.  I think I was about to get it and was wondering what I should look for to make sure it was in good working condition.
