Poor customer service. After 2 weeks of waiting, and one email that didn't get a reply, I have to call you guys to be told that my FFL "didn't attach" his FFL.
Funny, he managed to attach it to everyone else that day.
Just a suggestion, if you get an email at the ffl@ address saying here's my FFL for order #blah blah blah, and there's no FFL attached, perhaps you could reply asking to resend.
