I've been around for a while and remember when the APEX pricing became a thing.  Never bought into it, as I was winding down my AR building at the time.  Now I'm looking to build an upper or two and my first stop was Rainier.  I'm seeing lots of mixed reviews on the the APEX club, is it still worth it?  Because I remember when people used to love it.
