Hey guys. After spending lots of money with you, I picked up an external thermal battery pack. Its second voyage out, one of the two screws to hold the battery in dislodged and was lost somewhere in the field. I called in (I believe I spoke to Will who was extremely nice and pleasant to speak with), and it was suggested to go to an Ace hardware or equivalent for a screw replacement. I have not been able to find said screw replacement and now the female end of the battery pack that accept the cord has become a little finicky as well. Please keep in mind this is used rarely (probably less than a dozen times total) and is babied each and every time it gets taken out. Is there any remedy you would be willing to offer?
