 That barrel is exactly as pictured, the FSB w/ bayonet lug is installed.  You'll need to install the sling swivel, rivot, front sight post/spring/detent, muzzle device, delta ring assy (if utilized), handguard, rifle length gas tube and pin when installing on your upper receiver.

2) Does this buffer tube work with a standard rifle buffer and a standard rifle buffer spring? Sorry, just might be getting mixed-up with respect to terminology between "standard" and "rifle" in terms of both gas system and buffer system lengths.

 This buffer tube utilizes the CAR buffer and spring.

3) Likewise and lastly, is this gas tube also rifle-length?

That is the standard rifle length gas tube.  We stated standard to attempt to avoid confusion with the Rifle +1 and +2 gas tubes.
