I’ve received 4 in stock notifications for RE Bolts in the last hour or so and when I check (immediately) they’re not in stock. I was going to buy the carrier and bolt separately if I have to since the complete BCG’s aren’t available, but I’m not sure what’s going on with the notifications lol.

I wouldn't do that if you're looking for a full REBCG, they don't sell the H13 cam pin separately at this point. I asked a question about it but no response yet.

Damnit, wish I knew that before I bought them both separate from Euro Optic an hour ago.
Guess I’ll try to cancel the order.

Edit: Couldn’t I simply laser engrave an arrow on the cam pin and have the same thing as the cam pin that comes with the complete BCG? Or is it a different/better bolt entirely? The cam pin in the photo of the bolt itself looks identical to the cam pin from the photo of the complete BCG.

Edit 2: From all I can gather in my 5 minutes of research, both cams are the exact same material, only one is directional (which I don’t care about because I laser arrows on all my cam pins anyway).

It is a different than normal material and coating. Its very vague if you get the cam pin if you only get the bolt. The cam pin in that picture looks like a normal one, the one that comes with the rebcg is a shiny chrome like coating.

That’s pretty frustrating.
Guess I’ll just stick with the peasant cam pin. I don’t have the patience to continuously wait for the full BCG.

Canceled the Euro Optic order since I'm too damn OCD to not have the cam pin that comes with the complete BCG.

Before I spend almost $400 for one somewhere else...anyone know how often Geissele typically restocks them? I'm going to be annoyed with myself if I pay nearly $400 for one and I could have waited and got it for $250 with my 35% coupon...

I also wanted to provide some clarification on our cam pins. The H13 Cam pin comes in two different styles, but both are the same material/finish. REBCGS that come in our Super Duty uppers, rifles, and pistols will all come with a beefed up Cam pin. It has the laser engraved arrow, but the outboard side of the cam pin is raised and enlarged. This mates with the cut out in our Super Duty Upper Receivers. By having this enhanced Cam pin, it permits more even wear over time and aids in cutting through carbon.

But do you need this cam pin in your Super Duty if it were replaced? No. You can substitute it for any Mil-Spec cam pin and it will function. You cannot take a Super Duty REBCG and place it in an upper that does not have the Super Duty upper cut out. Swapping the cam pin will again remedy this.

The REBCGs sold on our website as a standalone item, will have an H13 cam pin that is Mil-Spec in geometry so you can use it in any upper. Although we do not plan on offering the H13 cam pin as an individual item, it is something I will pass on to our project teams. I hope this information helps and I will make sure I’m available to answer any additional questions.

So if I’m understanding correctly, I was correct in my original findings in that the cam pin if you buy a complete REBCG or just the bolt are the same material and finish.

The only different cam pin is the ones included in a complete super duty upper, which are the same material and finish, but have the arrow and cut away to allow it to only be installed one way?

I'm struggling with that first sentence for some reason. The cam pin is H13 and the finish is the same for the directional cam pin that comes in the Super Duty as well as the cam pin that comes with the standalone REBCG. I have both versions. Can always take a spring punch and mark the standard shaped cam pin to always insert the same way. I also have one REBCG that came with the directional cam pin that I put a Forward Controls cam pin in to work in a standard Geissele upper. I have bought 4 like new or unused REBCG's on the EE here for between $200-$250. None of them showed any wear at all.
Directional pin:
