Is it possible to change my order after it has been processed and tax payment sent to ATF?

Generally no, we've made exceptions for a few people in the past... but it generally comes with a fairly hefty restocking fee since that suppressor is tied up in ATF hell for quite a while and we have to fight to get the $200 back from them.
