I ordered a Rock River Arms A4 upper with mid-length handguards from Pete about 5 weeks ago and just received it.  He was very helpful when I asked him questions about barrels, handguards, etc. and I decided on a chrome lined light weight 16" barrel.  The price he gave me could not be beat anywhere.   I am still breaking in the barrel and sub 2 MOA groups are no problem using iron sights with 55g M193 ball ammunition.
