Look at Tikka T1 and the Ruger American. It’s hard to beat the Ruger mag system. Savage builds one of similar profile. The CZ is a nice rifle.

I used to have a CZ 452 American rifle.  

It would shoot tiny groups.  Gifted it to a friend as I tended to shoot my 10/22 and Mossberg more often.

If it's available, snag it up.  You won't regret it.

Buy a Hi Point Carbine

I love my 457 varmint. Sub MOA. Great trigger that can be tuned down to 1.5# they used to be very hard to get. Local store had two the last time I was there and it was tough not to buy another.

Only weak point is the plastic magwell. I shattered mine at 2k rounds. Just upgrade to the aluminum ones for about $60.

I am no operator but this was a 10shot at 100yrd on a typical changing wind late summer day. While ammo testing. Norma Tac In that pic. I have tighter ones with RWS 50 and some center x and high end Eley. Just not on my tablet now. Center circle is 1".
