for around the same price?


Looking to get a mount like this for my SS10x42. Trying to see what else is out there.

RRA makes a similar mount, but it doesn't have as much (if any) of the forward extension.  The Armalite is a great mount for the money.  You can pick them up used in the EE for $50 to $60 if you keep an eye open and act fast.

Try the LaRue SPR / M4 Scope Mount QD.  It does not meet your price point requirement, though.

IMHO - If you don't go with the Larue, the Armalite is a great second choice.  Mine has never failed to hold zero.

I use this heavy duty mount on my CR6724 (it has 25 MOA built in).

Excellent mount IMO, well made, no lapping necessary and the mounts are peened so ya can't get them swapped accidentally. Reasonably priced.

Note: as I have a railed forend, the mount actually set's on both the flat-top and the railed forend.
