Is there a polite way to contact Josiah directly? I've noticed that issues here seem to be treated promptly and I've had a lot of difficulty getting through to PSA customer service. I spend a ton of money at PSA and I'm a big supporter. I don't want to post about what might be a resolvable technical issue and I would rather not increase the PSA cheap no good etc. my PSA products are generally excellent.
