What is this piece of metal from my Zastava ZPAP M70?

Bumpitybump Joined Aug 2023 Posts 1 EE 0% (0) USA	Posted: 8/9/2023 9:49:28 PM EDT Hey y'all. I got a new ZPAP M70 with Zhukov stock. As I was manipulating the stock, this piece of metal flew off (photos below). Does anyone know where this is supposed to go? Many thanks in advance.
