Also, how does takedown work with what I assume is a 2" long piston?

I like mine, although the 7.62 version is a little undergassed, doesn't like Tula and not too fond of Wolf.

Czechpoint used to recommend Golden Tiger, not sure what they say these days.  Golden Tiger worked best.

Take down is same as the big ones, piston will come out, takes a little fiddling though.
