I was at the range and one of my VP9 17rnd magazines consistently wouldn't lock the slide back on empty. I took a video of it and contacted HK. They replied within a day, asked for the serial number of the VP9, and sent a new magazine out a few days later. It was that quick and easy.

Anyhow, given all the bad press on here about HK hating their customers, I figured I would mention it here.

I never had any issues asking for parts I wanted from them.
