I thought you all would enjoy this so I’m posting it here first...
Not long ago we introduced our line of Professional Grade (PG) rear sights, first for our Yo-Bo cut and shortly after for both the Novak and the Heinie cut. For a long time, however, the goal had been to develop this sight as a replacement for the factory Kimber rear sight, and yesterday that goal was met.
What you see here is the first Yost-Bonitz Professional Grade rear sight for the factory Kimber dovetail. The sight has all the same features of our other PG sights such as being machined from solid bar-stock, a non-glare serrated face (50lpi), the ability to accept any tritium tube configuration one desires, and most notably a 0.140” wide rear notch. That rear notch is really the key to it all... when used with a 0.125” front sight the 0.140" rear provides for faster front sight acquisition without giving up any useable precision.
Ted and Lew worked long and hard to come up with something new and hopefully a bit different and we’re happy to be able to offer Kimber shooters a better “mousetrap”. Enjoy...

Looks pretty sweet on a Kimber. I oughta see if I can get that SS Kimber from Seth and have Kimber put an IE slide on it and then send it straight to you....
