I submitted a Form 1 this morning and it shows as submitted when I log back in.  I never got the receipt for payment, the fingerprint cover letter, or a response to my Ask the Experts on the issue.  

Is anyone else having problems?  Using same account I have for years, and getting plenty of other emails.

Update - They responded to my Ask the Experts and resent this morning - I received both the response and the cover letter/ Form 1.  Not sure what the issue was.  

Pro Tip:  I learned that you can find the cover letter in eForms if you view the record and go to the page all the attachments are listed.  I was able to download and send the prints yesterday without having the email.
