I've been using Allstate since we bought our place in Highlands Ranch last year and heard from some friends they've been doing blanket claim denials.
Considering Statefarm and Safeco. What says the Colorado Hive?

I'll add, our place is supposedly worth $860k. Not sure if that is considered "rich" these days in this area.
