The challenge to CT's state park/forest carry ban is back on after the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals reverses a lower court's dismissal of the case for lack of standing. The court didn't buy the state's arguments on several points. Case is sent back to the lower state court for reconsideration. Likely the lower court will come up with some other reason to keep the park/forest carry ban in place.
The Second Circuit ruled today that a lawsuit challenging Connecticut's ban on carry in state parks has enough evidence that the law will be enforced, which reverses a district court ruling that dismissed the case for lack of standing: https://t.co/8NSlM4JWekpic.twitter.com/9L3JSTTDnB
