Up for sale is a like new original factory manufactured Colt M16A1 with corresponding factory roll mark.
All the original parts were taken off to fire in order to maintain factory new condition, minus the lower receiver. It is reassembled back into original condition with original parts for sale.  There might be a few safe scratches and the lower shows minimal wear. Asking 39500 but willing to negotiate.  Feel free to ask for more picture or my number to finalize details.  Currently on a Form 4 in Montana, fully transferable.
Payment must be certified bank check, no partial payments. Transfer forms will be signed once payment clears.
