Lightly used Intel Core i5-13600KF processor. Used for only a couple weeks until a deal on an i7 fell into my lap. Never overclocked. There is slight cosmetic marring on the heat spreader from using IC Diamond thermal paste, but nothing that affects the flatness. I tried to capture it in the third photo, if you’d like a better look I’ll try in different light.
