The main stone represents the mother. The birthstone charms represent the children. Price includes the "mother" gem and two charms. Each additional "child" is $18. All gemstones are 3mm round (shown) or 3.5mm round depending on what you want and what's in stock. All are high quality lab grown gemstones. The charms are "threaded" onto the main setting and can be put in any order or removed in case Mom disowns you.

A standard 18" heavy curb chain (shown) is included. If you need a longer or shorter chain, contact me for availability and pricing.

Both the setting and chain are solid 925 Sterling Silver. These are all made here in the USA!
