I have a Block II upper for sale. DD RIS II non-FSP rail and Colt 14.5 gov't barrel are true surplus from Thoroughbred. Upper is, I believe, a BCM blem as I had to thermo fit the barrel. BCG is Colt with C, as seen in pictures. Charging handle is your choice of a FCD ACF or PRI (not pictured). EOTech not included.
