Used but mainly a safe queen. Aero Precision M4E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver (https://www.aeroprecisionusa.com/ar15-m4e1-enhanced-upper-receiver) with a Aero Precision 12.7"  M-Lok FF handguard (https://www.aeroprecisionusa.com/ar15-enhanced-mlok-handguards). The handguard also has a QD sling cup installed on the left side, front of handguard. There is a small hole that I made (it's been a bit, I do not remember the reason now) right above the QD cup (see pic). Barrel nut is installed (hand tight) into the upper to prevent loss. All handguard attachment screws are inserted into the upper "enhanced" area (see pic).
