Green Phosphor PVS-14 M890A-901 tube. The tube has a major emission point at about 2 O'clock and also has a faint dot (responsivity?) at 4 O'clock. Hence, the price.
The emission spot will be visible in extremely low light condition (indoor at night), but when barely visible when looking at the sky. In general, I see more stars than the Omni 8 (more sensitive) and SNR is almost as good (aside from emission point).
Every part is ITT (13567) except the upper housing, which is Carson. The original ITT housing was replaced due to cosmetic. You can see that it's ITT single AA battery housing.
The tube is L3 (before it became L3 Harris).
Lenses have no coating wear or scratch whatsoever, but note the letters show signs of aging and wear.
Built with ITT tool kit. Infinity focus adjusted and ocular zeroed.
Paypal F&F, local cash, money order, certified funds, any payment avoiding 1099.
Continental US shipping will be USPS Priority, which is included in the price. Discount for local cash transaction.
No export due to ITAR.
