This is a Pig brand UCR (universal chest rig). It looks like it is no longer made. It holds 8x AR mags and 4x pistol mags, or the pistol mag pouches can hold flashlights or multitools, etc. It has a mesh pocket on the back, and another internal velcro pocket. The mag pouches are open top, it came with two small velcro straps than can be used on the outer pouches but I am missing one of them. A simple replacement could easily be improvised if you really want the retention, the velcro/bungee type retention loops are available from other manufacturers. Its in great condition and only ever sat in the closet. $125 shipped.
