For sale is a Colt LE6940, monolithic carbine. 16" 1/7 twist barrel, H-buffer, F/A "C" marked carrier. Front sight post is the older, non-locking variant. Round count is likely 1000 or under. Chamber and bore look fantastic. Normal wear on carrier for the round count, and gas rings (likely original) seal nicely. Trigger is refreshingly nice for a semi-auto, mil-spec, and on par for the older Colts. Original castle nut staking in place, and dry-film inside the upper still present. Overall very nice condition.

The stock, grip, and Matech rear sight are not original to rifle. The gentlemen I purchased it from had a LaRue stock and Ergo grip--those were removed. I replaced with a 2013 Colt grip, and an M4 waffle from a mid 2000's LE6520. I added the NOS Matech. For collectors, I do not have the original box, sorry.

Purchased as a host for a SCAR-A clone, but have decided to pursue other interests.
