I've got a Tantal Wz.88 that has a Magpul Zukhov and Ultimak installed. As a result, the handguard retainer has been removed.
I don't really dig the Zukhov so I'd like to get it back to a more traditional configuration. I plan to keep the Ultimak. I've seen clamp-on lower handguard retainers for other AKs, usually with an ID of .650-.670. I understand the Tantal is .580. Has anybody tried this? Does anyone make a clamp-on for the Tantal? |
