I'm about 1500 rounds in and so far so good but I should pick one up just in case. |

I replaced mine with an AK74 spec firing pin since I couldn’t find any 5.56 Beryl firing pins and it solved my light strike issues. I don’t understand why PSA doesn’t seem to care to change their firing pin geometry after all of these instances of people swapping out the factory firing pin with Beryl or 74 pins to fix the issue… |

I end up getting a 556 WBP pin (hopefully it is compatible) but I also didn't know the 74 pins would work. I'll have to order a solid combloc 74 pin as well. Well that's $20 I just waisted. Can I order a 74 pin for the 101 or any recommendations? The Beryl parts might be hard to source and I haven't had problems yet but it seems like almost everyone has the pin go bad on these PSAs. Mine has gone through some changes since I built it. I pin welded the flash hider on to get the 12.5" bbl to length. I don't care for the AR style hider but really didn't want a fake can look on this one. |

@Supra_MK3 what make/model is the muzzle device? I have nearly identical setup but used extended pinned bulgy can. My complaint is it's heavy and makes the gun feel more front heavy than a regular 16" gun. |

I got it from Parashooter gear, wet werx now, a few years ago. I think he only had a couple at the time unfortunately. Kruschiki Supply had a padded emr sling as well, though they appear to be sold out for now. |

I traded into a SAM5 recently. 61 prefix. This is how it sat when I bought it. This is how it sits at the moment.  TWS Topcover ALG trigger KNS Piston (serial prefix says is a 2021 gun) JMAC buffer tube 3-Circle 10s (one 20rd, two 30 rd) 1 AC Unity. It was missing several of the original parts like topcover, furniture, piston, trigger group, original mag release lever. It came with a Soviet Arms handguard that had been mangled to fit a Type3 receiver. I traded that out for a KPYK medium handguard. Also came with an UltraDot or similar. Ditched that for a Holosun 503G that I had laying around. Added the PERST and I’ll be putting a light on it soon. Still to come: I Want to change stocks (and/or probably adapters), grip (considering B5 ODG), might also change to 90* gas block (adjustable), cut, thread, pin/weld to 14.5” with KeyMo compatible muzzle device. |
