How to Fit 1000 Rounds of 7.62X39 in a 50 Cal Ammo Can (Page 4 of 5)

I can get 1000 rounds of Wolf Gold .223 in a 50 cal can in 20 round boxes.
It's a tight fit. The last box on the front edge of the can gets crushed a bit by the rubber seal in the lid. |

Oh yeah, if you have the patience of a bonsai tree curator with the skill of an origami expert then I'm sure you can fit a whole lot more in there. My goal was "loose", just a few shakes as you fill it should satisfy that requirement. |

Don't have the full pic, but two rows of 25 stripper clipped 762x39 rds fit's nicely, but that's only 500 rds
Cut a sheet of cardboard between the top and bottom stack
