I bought a handful of stuff from Chief Thunder, mainly 5.56 AK & Saiga-12 mags/parts.  I believe that I also got some Russian web gear as well. I may still have his email list with parts & pricing. I will look for it and post if I find something.

Its funny, you don't know how good things are until they are gone. AK & FAL parts kits were cheap and plentiful. I literally gave AK mags away. 5.45x39mm AK mags were dirt cheap and mostly considered useless until 5.45x39mm ammo started rolling in. I literally found 3-4 5.45 mags while cleaning out my old spare parts box. I still find AK mags every time I clean my garage.

That was me as well.  I wanted a few bakelite 45 round mags for the look.  But I also wanted it to function properly.  I watched several YT videos reporting good results, then ordered the followers and tried it with good luck myself.

Not extensive testing mind you, just loaded up and a few mag dumps.

I have dozens of proper mags that get more use.

His online personality always cracked me up - writing up his threads as if he were speaking as a Medicine Man at a ceremony However - instead of a rain dance, praying for rain - it was for AK parts and mags from Eastern Europe.

I can only imagine a similar delivered storyline of Federal Internment.
