Hello all I am new and glad to be here. I have just made a new addition to my rifle family and I was wondering if anybody could help me better identify my Maadi AKM. Here are some screen shots

Exactely how many US parts are in this rifle? It shoots really great and it is in great condition and I am happy to have it nonetheless but I would like to make it more authentic so I will gladly take suggestions and pointers. Thank you all. Well the fine etched characters is James River Armory in Russian. Why they did that is beyond me, considering I am Ukrainian and I find that none authentic at all but I am trying to see if anybody could assist me figuring out what those arabic characters stand for.
The rifle it self seemed to shoot upwards right today when I was aiming at dead center standing up. Kneeling down aiming slightly lower left hit the target dead on. Interesting. |
