Here is my Milled Mak90 de banned with Bulgarian front sight, gas block, re threaded barrel.
Also has ironwood stock, hand guards, and a grip that i refinished myself. Thanks to my local connection for the awesome de ban work.

Other shades of orange do not totally turn grey, but will have good contrast with the reticle. With both eyes open, you don't even notice the tint. I like this sight because the dot is very fine and very precise, yet there is always a dot on no matter what, like the M21. |

Rebuilt my first build...added a side rail and re-installed the long rivets and added trigger guard rivets. G kit on an NDS receiver with Soviet upper handguard, pistol grip and butt stock. Lower hand guard is Egyptian. None of the furniture matches, yet it does in a way. Finish is high gloss enamel applied thick a la MAADI. Many thanks to the various EE/market places on the main AK forums.
