Mine is just a cheap fake can from FTF Industries $30, it will be on there only as long as it takes to get my stamp back.

Thanks!

I used the cnc warrior extension.

The brake chamber actually works really well. As for when I get my stamp back, I have yet to decide what I want to use, probably a flash hider of some sort due to the blast this thing puts off.

Two newest editions. Always regretted selling the Saiga 12's I've had so I'm keeping this one and I've always wanted a .308.  Never thought I'd want a 14.5" .308 but WOW what fun! Has MD Arms Molot grip, Bushnell AR223 scope, and Midwest mount . It is a ROWDY flame throwing beast!

Saiga 12. Ace stock, hinge, K-var HG, Tac47 Auto Plug (love it!), MD Arms Molot Grip, and SGM Saber Boss.

Would you please tell us more about the folding stock adapter? I have similar wood (not as nice) on mine but it's not a factory folder. Is it possible to do the same on a factory fixed stock AK? Thank you.

Basically you have 3 options
Replace the rear trunion ( a lot of work to remove an weld up holes )
Ace internal receiver block ( you have to cut the tang off of the fixed stock trunion )
Ace universal receiver block for fixed stock rifles ( ugly as hell but you don't have to cut the tang )
Once you are able to mount a folding mechanism it's a matter of trimming the stock to your liking, then countersinking the threaded holes for wood screws on the stock side. (Because you will have to attach the stock with the screws going from the inside of the folding mech. into the stock.)
If I were to do it I'd cut the tang, but that's me. Some people don't like that idea because if you wanted to go back to original fixed stock you'll have to replace the rear trunion.

Thank you very much, I appreciate the very detailed information! I'm going to opt for leaving it alone. None of the options beat out just buying a folding AK variant. Stay safe.
