CNC Warrior used to make them but they only list thread converters now.  Uh, Atlantic has partial AIMS-74 kits for just under $700 that include the muzzle brake still?  https://atlanticfirearms.com/aims-74-parts-kit Chris Butler used to make an excellent US-version of it. I had him do the front conversion on my SAR-2 and used his brake since the authentic ones were unobtanium back then. Truthfully it is better than the one on my AIMS-74 build.
