When I got this I was told it might not work with modern mounts, but it might …. The RS regulate sits further back as to be expected as the rail is flush with the back of the receiver and 1/4 inch higher than it would on an AKM. Not sure if I’ll I’ve any sort of co witness but for those of you that have one of these on a build you can definitely add a red dot. I still need some vintage night vision for this thing.
