Value of Maadi parts kit - 20" barrel?

What would be a good price for a Maadi parts kit with thumbhole stock and 20" barrel? Threads are milled off the barrel.

Also have Arabic marked 80% receiver. Are there any legal issues with selling an 80% in conjunction with a parts kit currently?

I'm not set up to press a 20" barrel into the trunnion, so this thing is probably never going to get built.

Turn it down to 16" and thread it. Build away and look for or modify the butt stock.

Dug the parts out of my bin and took a pic.

The bipod is not original to the kit, I just thought about adding a bipod when I was planning to build it.
