Quoted: I won't buy Frontier. I've seem too many online complaints. I'll pay a bit more for ammo I trust. Picked up a few boxes of each loading. Was planning to do some comprehensive accuracy testing. Decided to hold off shortly after I’d bought all of it. Too many concerning reports started popping up. Even if they get things squared away, what I’ve got on hand will always hale from the “questionable era”. May try to return/exchange it. If I end up stuck with everything, it’ll likely get tossed. Not worth rolling the dice over a few hundred rounds. |

Even if we count every reported catastrophic failure as the ammo’s fault, the ratio of bad to good is statistically insignificant. Still, it won’t hurt to be a little more attentive when running Frontier ammo. Meaning, I’d reserve this ammo for a slow rate of fire. With some added attention to monitoring for pressure signs. |
