Well got the upper finally and slapped it all together for my 13.7 Rainier build. Measured everything out and am at 16 1/10 with the surefire timed correctly. I'll slap it in my vise and pin and weld it sometime this weekend. I did notice a couple things so gotta locate my upper receiverlevel and fsb level because I think I may have a canted fsb...if it turns out to be so I'll be getting ahold of Rainier arms for a replacemt since they were the ones that did the fsb. It looks ok from the top but on the bottom it is almost touching the side in the cutout of the RIS. I checked it twice to make sure but both times it ended up looking the same.
