I finally have one to add here. Currently in pistol configuration, I have a form 1 submitted to SBR it. Still have to get some sort of sights for it.

Love the Black inlays in the logo. You do that with like black model paint or something? And what handguard is that with the indentions? is it comfortable?

They're not black lol, the markings are just that deep I guess. The handguard is a Diamondhead VRS T 13.5". It is very comfortable, I was initially going to put an AFG2 on it but it feels great as is. I think there is a thread on here somewhere with a little bit of info on them, mine is over an 18" rifle length gas system barrel for reference. - Justin |

Just got it back today. Had them go alittle darker than the regular burnt bronze. Next time I might go even more. But I am very happy with how this one turned out.
I also might be the first to burnt bronze a Fortis REV Rail, maybe. Enjoy 
I will try and get some daylight pics and update. Also with a better camera.

i think i like the burnt bronze and black furniture over FDE etc, looks very nice, ill probably have to go BB with my Quentin Defense Army lower and upper when i get it.

How did you cure the optics without worrying about overheating or even melting the internals and/or glass? Thanks! Correct, the parts were air cured due to our concerns about heating the electronics. |

Yep, part of the Glock pattern lower. The only thing I did to it besides Cerakoting it Burnt bronze was I color filled the serrations of the button itself with black lacquer to go along with the black control theme. DDLES has a proprietary mag release for the Glock pattern due to how the Glock mags are typically retained in the weapon.
Hopefully I can live fire it on Monday. |

Cerakote is pretty tough. It will still scratch with enough force. Your color choice will determine how well it will look with use. Figure you'll start getting shiny spots that you can't just hit with Alumablack anymore. I tend to think they look better with some wear marks. None of these are safe queens. If you look at the LMT, the barrel was painted years ago by ADCO, it's seen some rough use.
The rates at WMD Guns were really reasonable. I did all the guns shown except for the optics, lights and sights for 825 shipped. Considering everything was Nickel boroned too, I think it was really fair. No driveway tosses are planned though! |

I repeat DO NOT! thumb the bolt release with the side charging handle to the rear of the bolt release, i.e. bolt locked back and the handle not forward of the bolt release! Slap with the palm of your hand. DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT! Ask me how I know this!  Going up to the range in a bit to feed it some handloads. |
