5.45x39 Soviet LTL LASTIK with 539/ 87 and 94 head stamp (94 supposedly adopted)
No real known data or cutaways (sections)
May contain CS (tear gas) but no one is sure. From my understand no longer made, because they were piercing skulls.

Hoping so! If you do find something more, on any of the rounds posted, please feel free to chime in. Nothing worse than rumors and lies! And let me make this clear....I'm by no means the expert, but better qualified than most. So I do have erasers on my pencils. Its all about sharing the knowledge.

There was only two people who could/has helped me with this round so far, seems to be quite scarce outside of Russia. Posted a link for the LTL from the helpers at IAA (International Ammo Assoc.) Thanks for that if you are listening.

If those contained some kind of tear gas, I can’t imagine they’d be able to put enough in there to be effective. Tiny little bullet.

I think the idea is that you shoot someone in the chest and get a cloud of CS in the face.
