I so enjoy all of the money I pay in taxes coming back as a pain in my A$$. Most of the peasants' cases would die because of the lack of funds but the AFT thinks it's not my money so why not. On top of that the government attorneys will put this case on their yearly performance appraisal, I'm sure. Also, Feds sure do seem to get a deference for cert when they cry to SCOTUS as they moved right to the front of the line with Rahimi. Hope if they try a trip to SCOTUS this time it really puts a hurt on them. |
