Officially finished (not really finished but) my first build. Had some ejection issues with the carbine buffer, dropped the H2 buffer to correct that today. Wanted it as a SBR build, but have decided to keep it as a pistol and start another SBR build! Lined the Noveske on the KX3 to see through the rail. These things are a blast to shoot! Want to figure out a single point sling and some flip up sights and should be GTG.

Nice set up. Have you had any reliability issues? I'm looking to build something similar. I bet you are about 5 feet high at 50 Yards. Those Magpul front sights are designed to be installed on a handguard, not a gasblock. They need to be in the same plane, otherwise you are shooting way high. Originally Posted By zwvirtual:

Just finished up putting this together. I had sole the lower my 16" .300 blackout upper was on, so I picked up a new lower and lpk. Last week I picked up an 8.5" cmmg barrel to replace the 16" one. Got the lower all put together and swapped out barrels. My SAS can slips inside the YHM tube. I have no plans to shoot unsuppressed so it should work out fine. I'm wanting to play with it a little bit before sending off my form 1.
A funny thing is that I can hunt deer in Indiana with this set up, suppressed and all. If/when I SBR it and put a stock on it, it's not a legal rifle caliber!!

I curled in the ends of the Sig Brace so it wasn't so bulky. When you loosen the strap they will widen back out in case I want to shoot the gun. (the white powder is cornstarch used as a dry lube to slide the tube in)

Wanted to share the mag clamp from gun fighter gear. If you are looking for a dual mag solution for 20 round magpul mags like I was this is it. Replaces the floor plates on the existing mags. Nice thick material and locks in nicely. Works for 30s too gen 1-3 I believe. Pictures below!
