I was hoping someone there could help me. I recently bought a Christiansen arms A.R. 15 and I was putting a new safety selector switch in it and upon doing so something happened and now my trigger hammer won’t lock back. I’m not really that familiar with the inter workings of the AR triggers so I was hoping someone there might be able to help me figure out if I might have broken it or the disconnect was stuck? Trigger pack not installed, can you lock the hammer back on the sear to have hammer locked back in pack. If yes, then problem is with new Selector, with either tail of trigger pack binding on the sides of the selector U, or U not high enough isntead. If no, that the hammer can be locked on sear with pack out of rifle to hold hammer back on trigger sear (not the disco sear) , then problem is with trigger pack instead. |
