Found these 6 30 rnd mags in my stash, remember picking these up at a shop in Va. for 6.00 each, they had a bunch, should have picked up more. Never seen these before and haven’t seen them since. They look like clear anodized, grey follower BFI floor plate and no markings on mag body.

Probably just made for them by ASC. Same type follower in older pic on the site. https://www.ammosc.com/products/AR15-30-rd-223-5-56-al-mags.html Midwayusa has an ASC mag rebuild kit same style follower. Do they function okay? I have never tried one of the ASC mags. |

ASC followers are low quality and poor design, especially compared to MagPul followers. ASC orange and black plastic followers bind and do not travel smoothly. ASC bodies with MagPul followers will function noticeably better than stock mags. Sample size: ~50 mags. |
