Maybe M-261/Olympic pattern? Compass Lake Engineering used to make barrels in the M-261 pattern (I got the last one) but what you show is 2 components silver soldered, and theirs was 1 piece.

I agree, it is setup as a type that requires it to be tensioned between breach and muzzle.
