I like it, just as easy to use as a carry handle rear. Solid lock up on the upper too. Here's @Supershorty12 's pic

This is an Omega 12” right? Adco the best place to get this done? Geissele has blocks fit ok under that rail?

One of the PSA stainless uppers. I swapped out the handguard for the Midwest Industries drop in MLOK. Colt carry handle and a G2S trigger. Nothing too special, but I'm sure it will be fun to shoot.

Long time lurker, first time poster so to speak. I’ve had carbines and I’ve had a2s but I really want to do a dissapator. Ive got an 18” midlength nitrided barrel sitting around and was hoping someone can recommend a place that will drill and pin nitrided barrels. Already called Rainer and ADCO and they don’t do nitrided barrels.

I'm thinking of doing some changes to my A2 Dissy.
A1 stock/rifle buffer Flat top receiver/rear flip sight Medium profile mid length barrel Pin/welded muzzle device at 15" Clamp on FSP with integral flip sight The wife and kid get fancy new guns, and I'm a little jelly. 
It's been in the same configuration for a decade or so and seems a bit stale and awkward. |

She's finally ready to hit the range. I checked the headspace yesterday and did the final bits of assembly. All that remains is to sight her in and put a few holes in some paper.

I love Dissipators. They are just so awesome looking. Gotta let mine go even though I just got it all set up. It took awhile to snag a CHF barreled upper but I never shoot it. Hardly even got a chance to get to know it other than 20 rounds to check function

Dissipator Upper is coming together. Just need a low pro gas block. The Windham one doesn’t work under a DD Omega Rail.

Got some range time in with my Dissy. I forgot I pilfered my G trigger out of this gun, so I had a gritty ass milspec
Also my first range trip shooting right handed, since I'm right eye dominant.  50 yds, no eyedeer what the calculates into MOA

Inbound for Dissipator 2.0 are:
• Hbar re-profiled to medium contour and threaded • PWS FSC FH/brake • Aero A4 upper • S&W upper parts kit • GG&G MAD rear right with ranging apertures • YHM flip front sight/gas block • FF sleeve drilled with cooling holes • Leupold IMS MK2 scope mount The idea is old-school tactical. It's progressing from 90's to early 2000's

So whenever I sold something that the MK18 guys would be interested in, I’d give them a heads up in the thread and knock a few bucks off for them, so I figured I’d do the same for my Dissipator Upper. It’s for sale right now... $1198 including the ACOG, it’s listed in the EE.

PSA Dissipator upper from a few posts up... now with proper A2 handguards not the oversized junk PSA puts on them, plus it now has an EoTech.
 and this. Just a Beta C away from being North Hollywood legit... Bushmaster lower and A2 upper with the PSA barrel and A1 handguards/CAR stock

Decided too keep it for now. I was on the fence about selling in the first place. Took me awhile to snag an FN CHF barreled Dissipator upper. Didn't really need to sell it, so I wasn't going to "give it away" on the EE.
It still looks bad ass.
