Got to mess with it for a bit.  There is a pretty big difference bn the regular and full power modes.  Especially with the illuminator.

The flood adjustment for the illuminator is pretty awesome. You can focus it into a pretty tight beam for long distances, or open it up pretty wide.

Haven’t tried the green laser during the day yet, but looks to be on par with perst 4 that I have.

Good looking unit, GL. I heard nothing but complaints and reports of issues. Mainly the IR illuminator flat out stops working after a few hours and adjustment knob seizing up.

I got one a few weeks ago. The flood adjustment for the illuminator is awesome. So much easier than turning a dial on the peq or perst. The visible laser on high power is brighter than the mawl on high. I don’t like the selector switch location. With a crane plug in there it’s really hard to select between the modes. Wish they could move the plug somewhere else to make it easier to use. Other than that it’s been a solid unit and I like it. Just a little bigger than a deck of cards size. Sorry for the messy post. Been a long day of training.

Agree with this 100%.  It's ok if you set it and forget it, but there's no way you're going to be able to adjust it under any stress.
