Got a question for the crew: I have a wood AK dong grip handguard I am going to chop down to add to my Block 1. Should I slap an A.R.M.S. #17L with some threaded inserts, or I have a length of a Samson Evolution rail I could put on the same way then use a picatinny-to-picatinny adapter? #17L would look more official (if you can even say that with a straight face) but the rail would give more purchase on the M4 RAS.

Lower magnification 2.5, 3.5 (smaller Acogs) would be an easier transition. TA01nsn or TA31 would probably take some getting use to. |
