I keep three AR mags, a Glock 19 with two mags, a surefire, small multi-tool, MicroTech folder, tourniquet, torch lighter, spare set of glasses, and a couple of caylume sticks. |

But yes, as it stands now the Colt works perfectly fine for me and my home while inside as well as on the property. It's doable with the original fixed a2 stock. But with this Vltor stock. I gain (lose) at least about 1 1/2 inches on the overall length with the stock in the 3 position. I'm still messing with the stock, so it may go even shorter and still be comfortable for me. I know that SBR's and things are all the rage (for many good reasons) for HD guns. But everyone one is different. And everyone's home is different too. In the end, if the this gun with a suppressor doesn't work out. I can keep it in reserve and go back to my trusty Steyr AUG's, 9mm or 5.56.. Or even something else. :) |
