Hello everybody, Is it legal to sell, private to private, out of state, short barreled complete uppers with flash hiders to California? In my ad, I put, no sales to restricted states. Had a guy pay through a digital payment and he sent his address to my inbox. Saw his address was in California and refunded his payment. He did not post in my ad. He said private to private is legal and, "I can't force someone to be an American". Now if following the law is considered not being an American, then I guess I am guilty. I said I would, "eat crow" if he can show me where it is legal. All I am interested in hearing is if it's legal to do so, not that it doesn't matter and who is going to know. |
